In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the 8 oz whole wheat penne and 8 oz penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano, then add to skillet. Cook in a large skillet on medium to medium-high heat with nonstick cooking spray until chicken is golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
To the same skillet, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add skim milk, cream cheese, and crumbled feta, and cook, stirring occasionally, until cheeses have melted. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add chicken to skillet with cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumber, and dill. Toss until evenly combined.

Notes
You can use 16oz of one type of pasta. I used 8oz whole wheat and 8oz regular to lower the points but keep the flavor of regular pasta.
