In a large bowl, mix together 2 lbs raw ground turkey, 1 cup oat flour, 2 eggs, 1/4 red onions finely diced, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper until well combined.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out mixture and roll to shape into 1.5 inch balls (you’ll make roughly 50-55 balls) and place on a large tray or plate until you're ready to cook them.
Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat using nonstick cooking spray, turning them to brown all the way around. Once the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 F, they are done. Remove from heat, and repeat until all meatballs are cooked.
The Glaze
To make the glaze, combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
Optional: You can heat the sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking continuously. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes (the sauce will start to thicken).
For Meal Prep: Store separately and save for later when you're ready to eat.
For immediate consumption: Spoon over meatballs just before you're ready to eat them.
