Turkey Salisbury Steak
WW Points (including the patty and the gravy): 2 Purple, 3 Blue, 5 Green. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey (99% lean)
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup oat flour (homemade from uncooked old fashioned oatmeal)
- 1 package Pioneer brown gravy mix (46 grams)
- 2 cups water (divided – 1.5 cups and 0.5 cups)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions
The Turkey Patties
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey (uncooked), onion soup mix, egg, and oat flour. Mix until well-combined. Form into four even patties.
- Cook in a heated skillet on medium-high heat with your choice of cooking spray, flipping to brown both sides, and cooking until internal temp reaches 165 F.
Gravy
- Prepare the brown gravy according to package instructions (boil 1.5 cups of water, whisk 0.5 cups of cold water with gravy mix and add to boiling water, simmer until thickened). Add in the sliced mushrooms and let simmer until the mushrooms cook down.
- Serve over the turkey patties.
