Skinny Greek Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz whole grain penne pasta ((uncooked))
- 8 oz penne pasta ((uncooked))
- 1 lb chicken breast (boneless skinless, cubed)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic (about 1 tsp)
- ¾ cup skim milk
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
- ½ cup fat-free crumbled feta
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2.25 oz sliced black olives
- 1 cucumber (chopped)
- ¼ cup dill (fresh, chopped)
- ¼ cup parsley (fresh, chopped)

Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the 8 oz whole wheat penne and 8 oz penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.8 oz whole grain penne pasta, 8 oz penne pasta
- Meanwhile, season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano, then add to skillet. Cook in a large skillet on medium to medium-high heat with nonstick cooking spray until chicken is golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- To the same skillet, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add skim milk, cream cheese, and crumbled feta, and cook, stirring occasionally, until cheeses have melted. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add chicken to skillet with cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumber, and dill. Toss until evenly combined.8 oz whole grain penne pasta
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
You can use 16oz of one type of pasta. I used 8oz whole wheat and 8oz regular to lower the points but keep the flavor of regular pasta.
