Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 4 cups chicken broth (reduced sodium)
  • 16 oz buffalo sauce
  • 16 oz fat-free cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a 6-quart or larger instant pot, add chicken, chicken broth, and buffalo sauce. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. Let slow release.
    3 chicken breasts, 4 cups chicken broth, 16 oz buffalo sauce
  • Take chicken out, shred, and place back into the pot of warm liquid.
  • Add in fat-free cream cheese and stir until well combined.
    16 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • Serve as an appetizer or main course. Garnish with green onions.
