Chicken Breast: we’re using boneless, skinless chicken breast for a lean, low-fat meat at 0 points!
Chicken Broth: I used reduced sodium chicken broth, but regular is also fine.
Buffalo Wing Sauce: I used Moore’s brand, but there are several that will work well here.
Fat-Free Cream Cheese: to make it creamy!

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 4 cups chicken broth (reduced sodium)
- 16 oz buffalo sauce
- 16 oz fat-free cream cheese

Instructions
- In a 6-quart or larger instant pot, add chicken, chicken broth, and buffalo sauce. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. Let slow release.3 chicken breasts, 4 cups chicken broth, 16 oz buffalo sauce
- Take chicken out, shred, and place back into the pot of warm liquid.
- Add in fat-free cream cheese and stir until well combined.16 oz fat-free cream cheese
- Serve as an appetizer or main course. Garnish with green onions.
