Hey friends! It’s another My WW Meal Prep, and I’m so excited to share what we’ll be eating this week. Can you believe, ZERO POINT DONUTS?! I’m not even kidding. One donut, in all its lemony, blueberry, frosted goodness is 0 smart points on the Purple Plan.

Here are the recipes I made this week (with their Smart Points):

Cheeseburger Casserole

Purple: 1 point | Green and Blue: 4 points

Original Recipe (makes 6 servings): https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/recipe/cheeseburger-casserole-1/5626a603271fc584086c7f48

Turkey Smoked Sausage with Roasted Vegetables

(this is fewer points using less of the turkey)

Purple: 9 points | Green and Blue: 12 points

Original Recipe (makes 4 servings):

  • 2 packages of 13oz Butterball polish sausage
  • 3 russet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning (or to taste)

Bake in oven on sheet pan at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Broil for last few minutes to brown up on top if you want.

Chicken Fajitas with Mission Carb Balance Tortilla

Purple: 2 points | Green: 3 points | Blue: 0

Original Recipe (makes 4 servings):

  • 2 poblano peppers, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 lb package of John Soules grilled fajita chicken

Sauté vegetables in a skillet over medium-high to high heat until softened. Use some cooking spray as needed. Set aside. Brown the chicken in the same pan. Serve over a carb smart tortilla of your choice. I used Mission carb balance flour tortillas.

Lemon Blueberry Baked Donuts

Purple: 0 points for 1 donut (1 point for up to 4 donuts) | Green and Blue: 1 point

Original Recipe (makes 18 servings): https://wwnicky.com/recipes/breakfast/lemon-blueberry-baked-donuts/

Oat Cinnamon Rolls (Blogilates)

Purple: 0 points for up to 3 muffins!! | Green and Blue: 1 point

Original Recipe (makes 7 servings the way I made it by doubling the recipe except for the 1 egg and baking in small muffin cups): https://www.blogilates.com/blog/want-cake-for-breakfast-make-this-cinnamon-roll-baked-oats-recipe/
