There have been quite a few great products and fun finds I’ve found over the years. See what my top faves have been for Kitchen, Home, and more!
Fitness
I’m pretty much a minimalist when it comes to fitness equipment or gear, but here are a few products I do use that I have found really useful.
Kitchen
The kitchen is one of those areas where functionality and aesthetics collide. Before I moved into my current home, I did a lot of “home organization” stuff and looked for ways to maximize space. (Such as the magnetic spice jars or the Baker’s rack.) Other things listed here are things I use on a daily basis or use to organize (or even decorate) my kitchen!
Home
The biggest thing about my home decor has been using light colors to make my space feel more open and, well, spacious! I recently moved into a bigger home, but before that, it was all about maximizing the little space I had. In that aspect, in this section, you’ll find the things I’ve bought and loved, either for the brightness, comfort, or functionality (or all of the above).
Smart Home
Since moving into the new place in January 2021, there have definitely been a few smart-home tech items that have made my life (and my home) so much more efficient. These are a few items I now consider “must-haves!” How did I ever live without them?
One thing to note is that my Nest Thermostat and the MyQ garage door opener both connect to my Vivint security system, and I’m able to control all three (home security, thermostat, and garage door) from one app on my phone. I can change my stuff or open my garage from anywhere. And having MyQ makes me eligible for Amazon Key delivery, which is where Amazon delivers my packages inside my garage instead of on my front porch. Thieves thwarted.
